Current Inventory
Count in the morning so the order can go out the same day. Your number goes in here. Nobody opens the till.
Who is counting
Every count carries a name and a date. Nothing saves without both, because the paper trail is the point.
Both needed before you can save
What gets counted here
Every category uses the same count, order and receive flow. Package and draft are on. The rest switch on when each has a counter and a par, without a rebuild.
Place an Order
Not built yet. This is I4. It rebuilds the order from the count you just entered, carries Alyssa's demand logic including the rule that the rate used is the higher of the long and short sales windows, and produces a draft email for a human to send. It never sends itself.
Check In the Delivery
Not built yet. This is I5. Three numbers get compared: ordered, invoiced and counted. The invoice figure is typed by hand, because this happens on a loading dock and pages tear.
Moving Stock Between Locations
Not built yet. This is I5. Stock moves between any two locations in either direction, and Andre is told, because it moves cost of goods from one P and L to another.
